This Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles recipe is made with ground beef, linguine noodles, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic. This would have also been great with some stir fry veggies mixed in, but I didn’t have any on this night. It was full of flavor and the kids loved it! You can use any type of noodle you prefer but I think the linguine goes best. This dinner comes together quick in just a few simple steps.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 inch chunk of freshly grated ginger (or 1/2 tsp ground ginger)
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- diced green onions (for garnish)
- toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

- In a large saucepan, boil your noodles according to package directions.
- In a large deep saute pan, brown the hamburger meat until no longer pink.
- Pour the sauce into the meat. Give it a good stir and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- When the noodles are done, drain the water then pour the noodles into the beef sauce mixture. Stir well to coat all the noodles. Let sit for a few minutes to allow the noodles to soak up all the sauce.
- Garnish with diced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
